Important: Self Testing Guidelines

At the time of warranty claim, attachments (pictures/videos depending on the case) are required.

1 - Battery Testing (if smartphone):

We need a screenshot for the following:

Battery screen/timing (Consumption vs 1 hour)
Battery Cycle
Battery health

2 - Screen and Display:

At the time of warranty claim, a video is required to demonstrate the exact issue faced by the customer.

3 - Storage Issue:

At the time of warranty claim, an image/video with IMEI and GB information is required for both iPhones and Samsung devices (available in the "About" section).

4 - Color Issue:

At the time of warranty claim, an image/video with the IMEI of the device is required.

5 - Touch Issue:

At the time of warranty claim, a video is required to demonstrate the exact issue faced by the customer.

6 - Passcode and Apple ID Information:

Passcode and Apple ID need to be deleted or otherwise informed to Revibe. No action will be taken until the passcode and Apple ID are provided/deleted from the device.

7 - Broken, Water Damage, and Dead Mobiles:

Any damage that occurs is not covered under warranty.

Always

Make sure you are deleting any passcodes/apple ID and include IMEI in your submission.
For all warranty claims, provide a video/image reference as mentioned above to expedite the warranty claim process and avoid rejections.
